Parent & Baby Wellness Classes

BABY MASSAGE @Oru space (Drop-in)





Fridays 10:45am - 11:45am @ Oru Space East Dulwich


You will be taught a beautiful, life-long skill that will help deepen the connection between you and your baby.


These sessions are available as drop-in or block booking through the Oru Space website. So you are welcome to come to a session initially before booking more, it also allows for more flexibility in the rhythm of your week.


It is recommended that your baby is between 8 weeks - Pre-crawling (dependant on their developmental stage)


In person classes will also give you the opportunity to connect with other parents and share experiences! All in person classes will follow the most recent COVID-19 safety guidelines, more information on this will be sent out after confirmation of booking.

This course will run over 3 weeks via zoom this time allows for you to learn the beginners strokes, settling techniques and holds.

BABY YOGA - £50





Baby yoga offers a way for you as parents to include developmental play in your daily lives with your babies. Through gentle stretches, movement, song and swings you are creating positive attachments and strong loving connections which help to support a baby’s emotional and social development.


This course is recommended for babies aged 8 weeks to Pre-crawling (depending on their developmental stage) and takes place over 5 weeks.


Play is so important in babies development as it helps with their gross and fine motor skills, developing their vestibular system through balance and coordination, their proprioceptive system through movement and touch and sensory integration whereby they are making sense of their senses! Babies are absolutely incredible! It's our job to support and nurture them, play and connect which will in turn have a positive impact on their mental, physical and emotional health.


What does the course entail?

⦁ Lots of lovely songs which your baby will begin to recognise!

beyond birth - parental wellbeing sessions - £55 per block of 6





Beyond Birth courses focus on supporting parental mental health and wellbeing in the postnatal period using a combination of mindful and wellbeing parenting tools. These sessions provide support, a listening ear, a safe space to share and to reflect. Together we explore different strategies and ideas which have been expertly blended by professionals to support your mental health and wellbeing as you transition into parenthood with a new baby. We will help you build resilience as you face new challenges and also enjoy those feel-good moments in your parenting journey.


What does the course entail?

Each week we cover a different theme, various techniques and reflections. Through mindfulness, journaling practice, affirmations, conversations we delve deep into these subjects to better understand and nurture ourselves, our babies and others in this new parenting journey.


Week 1: Nurture - self-care, self- love, healing, sleeping and resting.

Week 2: Emotions - vulnerability, crying, basic infant neuroscience.

Week 3: Connections - relationships & oxytocin.

Week 4: Healing - recovery, forgiveness, gratitude, pain management, expectation.

Week 5: Nourish - self, baby, mentally and using emotional language.

Week 6: Transformation - movement, moving on, acceptance, new habits.
